If there are distribution issues and less material than requested is received from the distributor, we will allocate products based on the following criteria:

  • Order payment date (priority for customers who paid earlier).

  • Customer loyalty (priority for recurring customers).

  • Cancellation history (priority for customers who have not canceled preorders in the past).

Not paid preorders will be cancelled if they can’t be served on the release date.
